Cyberwellness
The Cyberwellness Programme, echoing the MOE Cyber Wellness Framework, focuses on two principles—Respect for Self and Others, and Safe and Responsible Use.
The programme aims to equip students with life-long social emotional (SE) competencies and sound values so that they can become safe, respectful and responsible users of Information and Communication Technology (ICT).
Cyberwellness programme emphasises the SE competencies of self-management, relationship management and responsible decision-making.
The 4-year thematic and developmental programme covers the following topics:
Sec 1 – Gaming and Internet Addiction, Copyright issues
Sec 2 – Dangers with Cyber Contacts, Handling Cyberbullying
Sec 3 – Internet Pornography, Addiction – dealing with it, Gambling consequences
Sec 4 – Computer Security
